If you are in the US it's pretty easy to get. All the usual suppliers stock it. A Google search brings up many of them.

thanks for the reply. i did look on google. The problem is that the electronics websites are cumbersome and i cannot figure out which heatshrink would work for my project. i would like something that covers part of the rca connector and some of the cable, but the cable is very small at 3.5mm in diamter. In the newerk website for example, i got hundreds of heat shrinks and got lost, i tried to filter by shrink ratio, but then how to chose the correct on size?
there is where i get lost.

If you want to cover the connector and cable with the same piece of shrink, you would probably need 3:1 or 4:1 ratio tubing instead of the regular 2:1
If you choose 3:1 then obviously you would need at the largest 0.41" to get a snug fit on the cable. |

BELDEN 8451 is an unusual choice for an interconnect.
It's a two conductor stranded 22 AWG foil shielded cable. It's diameter is 0.138 inch or 3.5mm Normally used for semi-permanent wiring inside racks and such. Let me add Markertek and Have Cable to the wire vendors list. How much 8451 do you need?
