hello,
i am an absolute newbie. I want to build some interconnects all 3feet long.
Does anybody know where i can buy BELDEN 8451 and how to pick the correct heat shrink? i went on newark website and i just left too confused. hundreds of pages of heatshrink and i have no idea how to pick the one i need  .

thanks in advance

thanks for the reply. i did look on google. The problem is that the electronics websites are cumbersome and i cannot figure out which heatshrink would work for my project. i would like something that covers part of the rca connector and some of the cable, but the cable is very small at 3.5mm in diamter. In the newerk website for example, i got hundreds of heat shrinks and got lost, i tried to filter by shrink ratio, but then how to chose the correct on size? there is where i get lost.

BELDEN 8451 is an unusual choice for an interconnect.
It's a two conductor stranded 22 AWG foil shielded cable.
It's diameter is 0.138 inch or 3.5mm

Normally used for semi-permanent wiring inside racks and such.

Let me add Markertek and Have Cable to the wire vendors list.

How much 8451 do you need?
