I'm not a fan of carbon film or metal oxide in the signal path... Metal film, carbon comp and non-inductive wirewounds (plate load and high current cathode followers) can be used in the signal path.. More exotic types like tantalum and foil types can also be used if you have the budget.

As Wavebourn states, but I think generic Dale, Vishay or other RN60 type metal film resistors would be fine too.
