Hi guys,
Does any one know where i can find M4X3mm screws?

They don't exist. You will have to grind or turn down some longer ones to 3mm long.

You did not say what material, head or drive style. If you live close to Canada you could try Spaenaur - WELCOME M4 from 4mm upwards.
