Default CU25769K anyone know this chip??????

CU25769K seems to be a Texas instruments audio DAC (PIONEER DV393) anyone knows something about this chip, or can put a link for any information?

Is PIONEER DV393 ans DV490 audio DAC, but I do not Wnow what DAC is... anyone???????????????????????????????????????????? ????????????????????
