RIFA PHE 425 100nF 63V cap
Is there any reliable source to purchase these caps? I don't want to purchase those listed in www.taobao.com because over 80% of electronic parts that I purchased via this platform is fake. They are even posting faked "second hand" parts in this platform. It is never a reliable source.

I found the following from a website but it is 110nF. However, the printing on the caps looks very poor when compared to those that I am holding. Could these be fake? How can one finds out a fake capacitor (presuming those I am holding are real)?
