Looking for Metal Can Equivalents of MPSA42/92, BC182B, BC546B, BC556B, BC449A

I can think of two reasons to want metal cased small signal parts, hermetic seal, 200°C maximum junction temperature.

Diodes Inc e-line can do 200C junction

I actually have a MPSA42 in a TO-18 metal can package with gold plated leads.
