Toshiba obsolete J-Fets equivalents
Hi Gents,
Does anybody know if semiconductor manufacturers are going to launch the J-Fet equivalents for the 2SJ74 and 2SJ109 references ? Linear Systems provides the LSK170 and LSK389 J-Fets that are the respective N-channel versions of the above stated P-channel J-Fets but there's no trace of LSJ74 or LSJ109 since a long time ! Thanks. |
