Low jitter crystal

Can you find any data about the crystals on the Internet? For a given frequency, the one with the highest ratio between the reactance of C1 and R (that is, the highest 1/(2*pi*f*C1*R)) should give the lowest close-in phase noise and therefore in theory the lowest low-modulation-frequency jitter. I could imagine that the oscillator noise floor has more effect than the crystal on the jitter, though. I have no experience with these matters.
