Never seen "V" grade just (GR)(BL). There is no "V" grade listed in the spec sheet either. Do you have a picture of the fet you are replaceing with this "V" grade?

I did find the V grade Idss=10~20ma. Just never ran across one. If idss is that critical you could always get a small batch and find the one that is as close to a match as posible. I did find a 2sk170v but they are not cheap,
B&D Enterprises - Electronic Components Distributor At 4.25 ea. US. I am sure you you may find them at a lower cost but B&D has always been a good vendor for us. |
