Default Quick fuse question.

My amp schematics have 2 fuse types on it. Which one should I use?

MG100@100/117v F1=T3.15AL

MG100@230V/ F1=T1.6AL

It is the mg100hdfx head. I am confused.

Nevermind. Since these are british amps, that is telling me what fuse to use if the socket is a 230V isn't it?

I'm used to the good ole american amps that have one fuse type listed.

In the USA, you'll want to use use a 3.15 amp slo-blo fuse.

what does the L tell us?

Double the mains current demand when the mains voltage is halved and the primaries are connected in parallel.

I found this information on the Internet:

A typical equipment fuse might be marked T3,15AL, which means a time delay (slo-blo or anti-surge) fuse, with a 3.15 Amp current rating, in the LBC format. Another example might be F250mAL (fast acting 250mA LBC type) or F10AH, meaning a fast blow 10Amp fuse in a high rupture current format.
