I ordered some obsolete Japanese transistors from them a few years ago. The parts arrived quickly and I have no complaints about the service.
The only thing to watch is that some of the items I wanted (and were listed on their website) weren't available, and they wouldn't be getting any more as the parts were obsolete. I guess they don't update their stock list all that often...
