Default NuForce Icon like enclosure/case

I'm about to build a tripath based amp and I'm looking for nice looking cases, preferably something similar to the NuForce Icon/uDAC.

I've been searching the internet but failed to find a good looking case, so now I turn to you guys. The size is the most important since I going have it as a desktop amp.

I'm in Europe so it would be good if there are any suppliers in the eu.
