Is it worth anything?

Not a bad price, new here from my usual supplier @ £10.00
I fit to some of the stuff that I build, pre-amps mainly to filter incoming noise on the mains.

Any exact specs on these things? Not just voltage and current ratings, but internal schematic with inductance and capacitance values?

It's all usually right on the filter case; either silk screened or on a sticker.
