Default Good p-channel substitute for 2N5457

Making a circuit with a positive ground using this schematic here as a starter though the one that would be in uses a positive grounding path so I don't think the N-channel 2N5457 would be suitable, any suggestions for a replacement? Wikipedia says 2N5460 though as they have different characteristics I am unsure.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
