Hi,
Thanks Andy, at least I learned something today.  As for excellent filmcaps, I can recommend ICEL. RS Components used to carry those in the U.K., I checked today but can't seem to find them anymore. There is however still an agent for the U.K. These caps were used by Jadis in their top of the bill amps and preamps. I use them to upgrade valve amps whenever price is an issue. Another cheap and cheerful audio grade cap is made by Audyn but I didn't check wheter they're imported into the U.K. ICEL MY FRIEND BENNY'S SITE. Cheers,
