what is this?

I've got this part I salvaged from a PC switcher power supply. It looks like a disc cap, about .25" in diameter. It is blue, says "V07" and on the next line "150" with some logos I don't recognize. I don't have a macro lens camera. The PCB had a double diode symbol, two arrows pointed at each other. It was next to the toroid on the PCB. Is this one of those double direction zener diode things? You think it might be rated at 150 V breakdown?
I was looking through my junk box for one of those MOS lightning suppressors, with the big S with the slash through it, I think I am out. I'm going to have to cut up another PC power supply. If this was a 150V rated double zener, it wouldn't be high enough voltage to put across the power line (180 P) in the USA.
While I have your attention, what is a CL-90? current limiter? Ac or DC? who makes them? Pardon me, I've been updating my 1972 education with a 1998 trade school electronics components text, but it doesn't have everything in it.

No, I think those S14 things are mos (metal oxide) overvoltage suppressors. On the back I think you will find a tall S with a bar through it. I went upstairs and salvaged one of those off the input of a 3 phase bridge rectifier from a motor drive. It had the 510 rating on it, I think that means 500 V because the motor drives are for 460 VAC 3 phase. It was on the input of the bridge, pretty obvious protection. You find lower voltage S14 things on the inputs of PC power supplies right after the fuse. I installed the 500 volt one across the AC inputs of my 2 wire powered 120 VAC disco mixer. If there are three wires you put them from both leads to safety ground, but the mixer is unpolarized and I like it that way, I safety ground through the power amp. With the suppressor across the inputs it hold the voltage across the power switch to ~550 if off, or across the transformer to 550 if on. That might hold. 220 would be better but I don't have one today, the rains are over & I have to go back to outdoor activities so that project is done for a while.

Thanks, RJM1, that S07K150 is exactly what I have. Very useful device considering all the lightning we have here in Kentuckiana. The CL-90 also looks useful for tube rectifier circuits, also a modern part I didn't know who made etc. Thanks again.
