hopefully I can figure the rest out, but for now I know the 4 power fets are bad. two are readable and has ntp45n0g on it. on the schematics it lists them as buzz11 however. The first one is the discontinued fets, from the markings on them. The second is from the part number on the prints. Hmmmm
401s psu, sch, fets.jpg old part from markings on two readable fets. http://www.onsemi.com/pub_link/Colla...NTP45N06-D.PDF new part http://media.digikey.com/pdf/Data%20...client_id=5042 |
