Default Missing Resistor, Audio Bullz 4.4 Farad

Said it came with a "resistor bulb" but didn't, what can I get, and where can I get it to safely charge the Cap.

Charge or discharge? How many volts are you going to run on the thing? 12 - 14 volts, as used in an automobile? If yes, you could use any automobile light bulb, the bigger the wattage the better.

when ou say any light bulb do you mean head light tail light or any light buld that the car has?
