Hi,
Is there any decent replacement for the SSM2404 pop and clickless analog switch? I have tried different type of FET in serial and shunt but none was fully satisfying (still some little click) so I want to try the SSM2404 but its out of production now. Have somebody tried other analog switch with succes? Thanks |

No official, online way that I'm aware of. When I buy, I ask a Chinese speaking friend to buy for me and give her the money. They only take Chinese paypal too which is another hurdle to overcome.

Joseph,
Intereresting timing. I have a tube of 18 - SSM2404's that I was planning to use to rebuild a console but obtained a Wheatstone console, so these are now surplus. I was thinking of putting them on ebay this week. Interested in the lot of them? Thanks, Jack |

You mentioned you tried several crosses to the SSM2404 but they all had the popping sound. Can you let me know which crosses you tried? I might be able to et away with that little noise interuption.
