Default Dual Shottkey Rectifiers- How Many To Make A Bridge?

The center tapped Shottkeys (ie mbr20h150) appear to have two diodes in them. Does that mean you can make a bridge with two or do you still need four?

I'll be feeding this pcb with a dual secondary transformer, are 8 devices required or will 4 do?

Hi,

You still need four for one bridge, using the internal diodes in parallell.

Dual rectifiers TO-220 > sometimes you can find a series with common anode (your example is common cathode is the most common config) see http://www.fairchildsemi.com/ds/FE/FEP16BTA.pdf

using both then full bridge is possible with 2 packs
