hi,
i will make an av400 amp but i don't find the 10pF 80V ceramic capacitor to buy (C7 and C4). can i sostitute it with an 10pF 100V ceramic capacitor? or where can i buy it online? thank you!!! |

Any 10pF cap 80V or higher will work. The 80V rating is the most voltage you can put across it before it is destroyed, so even 1000V is OK. You can use other types too. Ceramic was called out because that type is the lowest cost. silver mica is another type.
If you were in the US I'd point you at any of the big suppliers, Digikey, Mouser, Allied. I just checked and they are common parts and cost about 10 cents each. |
