My amp's schematic has 2SC3855 (O/Y) and 2SA1491 (O/Y). The Sanken datasheet does not address this "beta" group issue. The pair pulled from my amp both are the Y variety. I'm going to need two pair. What is the significance of the O or Y? Will I be okay with either one, as long as all are the same? Do they all need to be the same?
I'm going to be ordering from B&D, will I get all the same or will I need to order 3 pairs to at least get 2 matching? Last edited by DreadPirate; 7th May 2010 at 11:53 PM. |
