Unfortunately all I could find is a NTE cross reference which crosses it to a NTE6411 (40V Diac).
But as with all NTE cross references take this as maybe something close. http://www.nteinc.com/specs/6400to6499/pdf/nte6407.pdf |

Looking at various diacs online it seems all have a 30-40V rating so i am guessing that a GT-40 is a 40V diac??? seems to make sense but wanted to verify before i order some.
