Question J511

Hello,

Anyone knows a legit source for these?
I think 1N5314 is an alternative but Farnell charges 6 GBP for each, which I find quite absurd.

Any help would be appreciated.

There was a fellow selling 1N5314's for $2.00 in the swap meet section - do a search. I have also used the 1N5313 (4.3ma) and it worked just fine. They are $2.90 in the US

i heard that the J511 is obsolete because of ROHS. It is simply a Fet with a long gate region and a resistor on the other hand.
