I have a pair of Koss M65 speakers and the tweeters sound great but woofers are shot.
I was wondering if I could use the crossovers and tweeters with larger boxes and larger woofers? On the tweeter is an inductor with no markings and a purple capacitor (YEC 100V 6uf bipolar) on the woofer is a little black box (Culver 085A-50) and an inductor with no markings. How might I find out the crossover point and inductor values? The tweeter is VERY heavy with sheilding (looks like a 1" soft dome) and the markings: SP-3T60BA, 10 watt 8 ohm, KON M1307 thanks |
