Hello all,
yeah i know perhaps an optimistic title nonetheless, i've set my mind on getting it done, it seems like a fantastic project. I've got it almost designed in rhino and it's designed to be easily blueprinted and cut (see attachments) its not designed to be visually rendererd. It should be almost identical to the original. ![]() Anyway I am looking for all aluminum drivers and i've found them for the sub (12" wavecor) mid bass (4" visation ti 100) high mid (2" canada mirage i find on taobao in china! nothing else would fit the dimensions of the box :/) now i'm stuck on the dome tweeter! anyone know of a decent 1" metal dome tweeter that as maximum cutout of about 46mm ? I am almost about to choose a scan speak ring radiator and just get over with it... btw I don't suppose anyone knows a of 4" sandwich cone mid bass driver whose cone is white/grayish ? BR |

Mordaunt Short used an aluminized driver in the 900 series Av speakers, you can pick them up cheap in the Uk from Richer Sounds.
