I ordered several of these parts from Newark recently. The original delivery got screwed up and I ended having to re-order them. I took delivery today of the new shipment and made the mistake of soldering them in before actually looking at them. Uh-oh. According to the invoice and label on the packing envelope, they are supposed to be Fairchild J110. The actual parts are labeled
84MDFVE NFC301 TI What do I have? Are they a drop in replacement for J110? I will call Newark tomorrow, but I don't expect a real answer. I can find no information on Google or Texas Instruments about parts with these numbers or even close. What makes it even worse is that the WAYYYY crappy PCB these are soldered into probably can't take another heating up without the traces being ruined. |
