Default insulation pads

i dont know if this should go in trading post, but im not trading so...

anyway, does anyone know of a source of insulating pads that are large enough for an OPA541/9 or LM3975 etc... chip? maplin (my local electrical shop) only sells T0220 versions. it needs to be in bristol, or a mail order place that ships to england.

if you can see the picture below, i dont know what type these are, but i would like to use similar ones.

thank you in advance.

also, is it possible to get T03 style pads with more than 2 holes? i am going to use the T03 package type OPA541, and it has 8 pins, and i dont really want to make my own holes.
