Is there any good use that can come from a microwave tranformer. The things are huge. I don't know what the ratings are, though.

Vic I build inverters with them....I unwind most of the secondary and they work great
|

Dont't try to measure the secondaries. I have been told one of
them is usually several kilovolts!!! |

the secondary on them is a couple of thousand volts.....my meters wont handle that...I`m just guessing from the amount of wire I pull off
