Source for 2SC2240BL?
I see mouser is carrying the GR range 2240s, only major vendor in the US with any 2240s at all, how are you guys getting your BLs? I see vendors on ebay from HK selling these, but I'm wary, of course.

B&D Enterprises shows both Toshiba GR and BL in stock for 38 cents each. price breaks at 10, 25, and 50 lot.
