I'm going to have some boards made up for this -- there will be a provision to put a 1u cap across the input in order to use the compound device as a regulator as described in the LME49600 datasheet. The power planes on the top and bottom should be adequate for use in a preamp, (a la Adcom) but there is enough room to fit an Aavid-Thermalloy 7106 heatsink if you want to use as a regulator driver/error amp.
