Where to buy these in the US?

Vishay Dale CMF-55-143, 0.5% resistors
or a suitable replacement

Go to the Mouser Electronics Web and search for all the parts in your file. If they do not have it they can get it for you. I used them all the time for parts and they ship fast too.
