Default HT Relays

Does anybody know where I can get a relay suitable for switching HT, as in a delay circuit.

thanks

Hello Vitalstates, assuming you mean High Tension (Hi Voltage) with the abbreviation HT, here's two mfgs that make relays for this purpose:

Reed Relay & Dry Reed Switch Products B

High Voltage Reed Relays

Keep in mind that there's more to switching Hi Voltages than just the relays. Making sure that the wires have the proper insulation for the voltage matters, as does proper spacing of components, traces on PCB (if using), etc.

Peace,

Dave

Personally, I suggest switching the AC side instead of HVDC. This is easily accomplished when you use a center tapped HV secondary winding in a full wave bridge (typical in tubed power supplies)
