I have what I will just call a "vintage 1980s 14 channel mixer" - the brand can stay a mystery for now - that contains some capacitors from Brel. They are very odd looking aluminum electrolytics with a hard aluminum "shell". (or rather, they might just be "naked" and not have the plastic coating most electrolytics do) Has anybody seen these before? What kind of a reputation do they have? Odd I have not seen them mentioned on many DIY boards...I did a quick search here and only found a reference to Jacques Brel being Flemish...haha.
They have a website. BREL International, Inc. ~ Our Catalog Last edited by snellwilco; 10th February 2010 at 03:16 PM. |
