Default External PS Source

I have an Audio Alchemy DacMan that the external PS has died on. Neither Audio Alchemy, not the PS manufacturer (EDS) are still in business.

Does anyone know a good source for an external PS? A regulated wall wart would be fine. I do need a dual output.

the failed PS is +/-12VDC 150mA.

Thanks, Pete
