Default MJ 0340 and MJ 0350

i need to find either theses parts or equivalents or substitutes. i didnt found any data about them.

thanks for any inputs.

These are very Common Transistors , I think the transistor Code threw you off .....

Pretty much any good electronics shop should have them .....

I think you can use BD139/BD140 as a replacement ....

yup thanks, i found later that they are MJE340 and MJE350, still available at Digikey for like 50 cents. doh !!
