I'm searching for a specific transistor need help locating
Hi,
I'm searching a specific MOSFET TO-220 type pakage the part number is MTP7 5N05HD. I've been searching but I haven't found any. I need these for a Rockford fosgate car amplifier that I'm repairing. I tried IRFZ44's but they burned up. Or anyone on this forum happens to have atleast four of them and are working if want to sell them to me. LMK thanks so much

MTP7 5N05HD = MTP75N05HD Motorola/ON Semiconductor
On Semi Datasheet (obsolete) http://www.onsemi.com/pub/Collateral/MTB75N05HD-D.PDF ON Semi suggested replacement: NTB75N06G Digikey NTB75N06T4GOSCT-ND ($3.09 USD ea.) Digi-Key - NTB75N06T4GOSCT-ND (Manufacturer - NTB75N06T4G) Possible Crosses: Motorola/ON: NTB75N06G Toshiba: 2SK2985 |

Drat!
- failed to notice the "substitute" NTB75N06T4GOSCT at Digikey is a D-PAK package, and not TO-220... - however, NTB75N06 crosses to NTE2920 (if you don't mind NTE components) NTE2920 http://www.nteinc.com/specs/2900to2999/pdf/nte2920.pdf Last edited by bichi; 8th February 2010 at 07:11 AM. |
