Default Illinois PHC caps - anybody try these?

Has anyone tried Illinois PHC caps? Scroll to the last page of the datasheet and check out the ESR numbers.

I've used Illinois high voltage polypropylene caps in projects and measurement-wise, they're great. I've also used some of their high frequency low esr electrolytics, and they're a good competition to Oscons. IMO, Illinois makes some super parts- the only problem is distribution to the average DIYer.
