in your opinion, are original or fake ?

This is scam on a grand scale. Not only those are production rejects (no flanges are supposed to have stamped circles on the outside - they are for the chip placement), but Sanken did not use dots in marking, and GRADING is missing.

I would report them to Ebay as selling bogus goods, hope you didn't pay too much for those ..
