Default Need help finding IC - XC88662P

Hi,
I have an IC number for which I am not able to find any information. It is XC88662P. I am sure its obsolete. Its actually from an old Grundig CRT TV. I am trying to find that IC or any information about it or even a substitute.
Would appreciate if anyone can help with any information.
Thanks!

As I know, this is a custom made mask progammable CPU/MCU for the opreating and remote control unit of this color TV from Motorola (SC-XC-ZC-MC Series). This means, hard to find because not a standart device.
