I am repairing an amplifier and need to replace 4 parts. The parts are two fml 22r, and two fml 22s fast recovery diodes. Anyone know any suitable replacement parts as i cannot locate these in u.k,

I spent a few minutes searching US suppliers. The two types, are they common cathode and common anode? Is that the difference? Dual diode/rectifiers, ultra fast recovery. 200v 10A.
I found some candidates from On Semi and from Vishay. Look at your larger suppliers for ultra fast recovery rectifiers in TO220. In fact I started my search at Mouser with "rectifier TO220" and used the filters. |
