It seems as if they are obsolete, but try to look for a subtitution @ ROHMs website.
I think that replacement with general purpose transistors will do.
Anyways the ones you´ve mentioned are for low freq. low noise and high voltage.
here :Bipolar Transistors | Transistors | Discrete Semiconductors | ROHM CO., LTD. you should find what you need. Digikey holds at least some of the most common ROHM transistors.
