I want to replace 3 burn out 2sa1142 in my denon amp for mje350.
Do you think tis is a good choice. |

what position do this transistors have in your amp (vas,driver,...)? .........with restrictions bf472 (ic=30ma only) is a possible substitute...... greets |

Driver position, en make a choice right now en placed new 2sa1142 from inchange semi conductor. Same specs, only these are 8Watt and the original Nec NOS 10 Watt.
Placed on all 3 heatsinks, so i hope this will work fine. |
