Q: Quad matched KT88 & suitable OP X-former, where?

Hi,

I wonder where I can buy to an affordable price a quad matched set of KT88 tubes, I'm not after any NOS and probably not any of the expensive brands as it's too match for my pocket, maybe EH or similar with good pricer performance ratio.
I have found on eBay an US seller who sells quad matched KT88 EH for US$99, that's the best so far I have seen but I read somewhere some guy bought from some another guy in Russia for a very good price so that would be even better to get from Russia where they are made instead of having the tubes travelling forth and back from US.

Probably a 12SL7 will be fitted as a driver...

Also would like to know where to find an OP X-former working in PP super linear.
Would prefer a toroid and have been thinking on mains transformers but need the 40% primary winding tap for the feedback.
Plitron would of course be very nice but would make a too big hole in my wallet.
