Need to isolate IXYS Eco-Pac diode bridges?

I've got a bunch of IXYS superfast high power bridge rectifiers in the Eco-pac and was wondering if you need an electrical isolator / thermal pad for them as they have a metallic or ceramic suface on the bottom that mounts to the chassis/ heat sink.

Link to Datasheet

Am I reading the data sheet correctly that this is a ceramic that will isolate the device to 3000 volts? If so I can mount directly with just paste and no mica or thermal pads.

I modified a Lite Audio DAC-60 with one of these a few years back.
Do not think that you need extra insulation. I just bolted it directly to the chassis after having measured that none of the pins were in direct contact with the metal backside of the bridge. The DAC still works flawlessly.:)
