2SK389V...real or fakes?

Measured Idss (9V battery) = between 14 and 16 mA
Are they good fakes or real? Need more pics to compare letters

Well if they test as jfets and the difference in IDSS between the dual pairs is within spec, I would not worry. This is a proprietary Toshiba-package, so rather hard to forge. Most fakes are either not in this package (the famous dual jfet with 3 legs) or they are not jfets at all as in that case the bipolar 2SC2240 was relabeled. But then it does not test as jfet.
