Default Trying to source: MKT 76 capacitor

I was referred over to this site from DIYMobileaudio. I'm trying to find somewhere when I can find the following capacitor. Mouser and Digikey both show no stock as well as MCM. This is a portion of an MB Quart QXD xover.

EL MKT 76
12u J 100V

hello.
why do you need this cap?
you can parallel a 2,2uf with a 10uf mkt.......so you get 12,2uf.
greetings

I was working an a set of automotive xovers. I tried to remove a cover not realizing that it was glued onto the top of the resistor. I managed to break the leads off at the base.

They're kind of a special set (though I don't use the xovers) and I'd just like to have them back together.

Parts Express usually has a pretty good selection of crossover parts, for example:

Parts-Express.com:*Dayton DMPC-12 12uF 250V Polypropylene Capacitor | polypropylene capacitor polypropylene PAC PA loudspeaker lens dayton capacitor caps cap

That should work electrically. WOuld it fit physically? Dimensions are 22x56mm.
