I've been trying to find some spec's on a NEC C1101 transistor.
Found 150 of them in my warehouse, does anyone know spec's or what product they were used in ? Steve @ Apex Jr. |

For switching: 1100V, 1A, 50W, β~60 @500mA.

On Asian transistor types, there is an understood "2S" before the number. SO your parts are really 2SC1101. And you should have no trouble finding a data sheet for the full number if you need more than what Steven posted.
