Is this the blue RK27 with a grooved/knurled shaft?!
Where did you get that. ALPS do not make them with knurled shaft as far as I know.

you r right, it is not Alps, but looking at the part the shaft is same length and diameter but is knurled, even worse it is plastic so can't use the screw.

I think that the term you should use is SPLINED shaft (not grooved or knurled).

They are very common and 6mm in diameter, with lots of knobs available. They are sometimes known as 'push on' / 'fall off' knobs though!
